Saturday carries most of this weekend. Fire & Feast puts six pitmasters on the sand at Wavebreaker from 5pm, Sea Fu opens its season with Breath of Japan from 6pm, and Kinara serves a Diwali set menu on Saturday and Sunday evenings. The Artist's Garden at Jameel Arts Centre opens the same day, and never closes.

Friday belongs to Meydan, where the Dubai Racing Carnival opens with railside entry at AED 10, and to ISEA2026, which begins ten days of art and technology at 19 venues. Design Week in d3 ends on Sunday, and Diwali itself falls on Sunday 8 November.

Fire & Feast, Sea Fu and Kinara all need a booking. Nobody paid to be in this guide.
