Pierchic has reopened at the end of the Jumeirah Al Qasr pier with a new chef, Emanuele De Leo, and an Italian menu. Pasta from AED 115, mains from AED 195, and a three-course lunch at AED 195.

Pierchic reopened on 26 October after a refit, at the end of the pier that runs out from Jumeirah Al Qasr. The kitchen now belongs to Emanuele De Leo, previously at Shimmers, and the menu is Italian coastal cooking, from crudi to pasta.
Jumeirah calls the new Pierchic a salotto by the sea. In practice it is a long dinner over the water, and since this week a set lunch as well.

Pierchic
Start with the tagliolino with lemon, burrata and red Mazara prawn (AED 195), then the turbot with caponata (AED 225), and finish with the tiramisù (AED 75). For the whole table, Origini e Orizzonti runs to seven courses.

Lunch is back
Chic Lunch is a set three courses for AED 195: a starter such as the octopus salad or the aubergine parmigiana, a main such as spaghetti with clams or seabass with caponata, and the tiramisù, served at the table. Extra sides are AED 20 each.
Before booking
The dress code is smart elegant, and dinner is for guests aged 12 and over. The tasting menu is served only to the whole table, for two or more. The pier photograph above comes from Jumeirah and may predate the refit.
