Quat roasts for Kumquat Coffee and Loquat from Glassell Park, and Esther Kim won the 2026 US Brewers Cup competing for it.

Start with the QUAT Blend, a Costa Rica coffee the roaster describes as chocolate ganache and hazelnut praline. Then read the shelf: Panama geishas come in 60g bags. Breakfast burritos can be picked up in store until 4pm.
