The Michelin Guide Dubai 2026 gave Orfali Bros its second star. The three brothers from Aleppo cook on Wasl 51 in Jumeirah 1, in a room built around a two-storey open kitchen and pastry workshop.

There are now three tasting menus, and choosing the right one matters more than choosing the night. Dinner runs Wednesday to Monday from 5:45pm. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

Hours and prices change. Check with the venue before you go.

Which menu

Aromas of Aleppo, at AED 295, is the family's home cooking served in courses. The OG, at AED 350, gathers the dishes that built the name, and it is the one for a first visit. The Voyage, at AED 795, is the full two-star menu. Keep it for a birthday, and give it the whole evening.

Where to sit

The kitchen and the pastry workshop run over two storeys in full view. Ask for a table facing them when booking, and book a few days ahead. Bookings go through +971 4 259 2477.
