Four placesChecked 25 October 2026Prices in AED

The Michelin Guide Dubai 2026 came out this month. These are four rooms where the chef cooks at the counter, close enough to talk to.

Published prices run from AED 995 at moonrise to AED 1,500 for eight courses at KIGO. Trèsind Studio is AED 1,350 a head, food only. ISHQ, the newest of the four, hasn't published a price, so confirm it when booking.

Money goes down early at most of them. moonrise confirms a seat only after an AED 500-a-head deposit, and Trèsind takes the full AED 1,350 upfront, refundable up to 48 hours before. Mention allergies when booking: set menus can't flex much.

Hours and prices change. Check with the venue before you go.
