The Dubai Fitness Challenge is back for its tenth year, and the idea has not changed: 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days. It started on Saturday 31 October and runs to Sunday 29 November.
The useful part is the three Fitness Villages. Kite Beach, Zabeel Park and Al Warqa'a Park each run classes, gyms and courts every evening for the month, with no entry fee and no booking for the classes. Entry is first come, up to each zone's capacity.
Below, the three villages with their hours, then the two set-piece mornings: Dubai Run on 22 November and Dubai Yoga on the last day.
Hours and prices change. Check with the venue before you go.

Which village suits which evening
Kite Beach is the largest and the most social, with 30-minute classes on the main stage and courts for padel, beach volleyball, cricket, basketball and beach soccer. It opens from 7am at the weekend, which makes it the only one for a morning session.
Zabeel Park is the most central, with a gym, an MMA box and a wellness zone. Al Warqa'a is the quieter choice on the Mirdif side, built around a 2.8km track for running, walking or cycling, with a ladies' zone.
Before you go
Register on dubaifitnesschallenge.com first; it is also how you sign up for Dubai Run and Dubai Yoga. Zabeel Park asks visitors to bring a towel and a refillable bottle.
Courts at Kite Beach are booked online for 60 minutes, one per person per day and up to three a week. Some partner events inside the challenge charge entry, so check the event page before you set off. Dubai SUP in Hatta on 7 and 8 November is already closed to new registrations.
