Where to go out in Dubai.

What's On

Design Week in d3, mostly at no charge.

Dubai Design Week runs across Dubai Design District to Sunday 8 November. The installations, ABWAB and the weekend Marketplace cost nothing; only the Downtown Design fair is ticketed, from AED 80.

The festival is free to walk and open to all ages. Most of what is worth seeing sits outdoors between the d3 buildings, open from 10am to 10pm, which makes it a good evening walk once the heat has gone.

Four stops, three of them at no charge. For the fuller programme, including the workshops that need booking, see our five-stop guide; for parking and getting there, the practical bits.

Hours and prices change. Check with the venue before you go.

Nobody paid to be in this guide, and nobody knew we were writing it. If something has changed, write to [email protected] and we'll correct it. How we pick a place →
